Bio

Alexandra has over 8 years of experience working in Corporate Law, which she brings with her in her role as a Corporate Law Clerk in our Business and Transactions group.

Alexandra assists with a wide range of business law matters. She has experience in routine corporate proceedings in all provinces/territories across Canada.

She assists with corporate transactions including reorganizations, share purchase transactions and tax-driven restructurings. Alexandra also has experience in managing and co-ordinating due diligence materials for transactions using virtual deal room software, as well as conducting corporate and security searches across Canada

Alexandra continues to learn and grow in her field, as well as her attention to detail and her organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
