As an associate in our Business & Transactions group, Bradley practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, private capital markets and shareholder and partnership arrangements in a Canadian, cross-border, and international context.

Bradley prides himself on his tenacity and dedication to honing his craft. He looks to provide the most practical and valuable results for his clients. Bradley’s ability to collaborate and communicate with his clients in an effective manner ensures he understand his clients’ goals and objectives. Outside of the office, Bradley enjoys golfing with his friends, spending time with his family and watching his favourite Toronto sports teams.
