Planning an estate, or settling one after a loss, is rarely easy, and often daunting. That is why clients turn to Christina. She is a wills and estates lawyer who makes it feel manageable, cutting through the complications and setting out a clear plan a client can act on.

Christina’s clients are mostly high-net-worth individuals and families, from single people to couples at every stage of life, who tend to come to her at one of life’s defining moments: a marriage, a birth, a separation, a death. Many of her clients come with complicated affairs, children living abroad, or assets in more than one country. Helping families through the unfamiliar ground of estate administration is a particular strength of Christina’s.

Christina gives a client the time they need to make a hard decision, and her calm and patience steady them when a matter turns complicated. Toronto’s Korean-speaking families often seek her out, since she is among the few estate lawyers in the city with conversational Korean and an understanding of the culture.

Christina has been named 2026 and 2027 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for trusts and estates. Outside the office, she chairs the Ontario Chapter Committee of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association.
