Bio

As a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, Dominique practices in the area of commercial litigation.

Dominique has a business law litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial disputes, including bankruptcy and insolvency, receiverships and enforcement of creditors' rights, and remedies. Dominique has represented clients before administrative tribunals, at mediations and before all levels of Court in Ontario (including the Commercial List) and before the Court of Appeal. Clients appreciate his pragmatic approach and the practical advice he provides. 

Dominique keeps his clients updated and informed so they have the perspective and guidance necessary to make strategic decisions and achieve their end goals. Assertive and results-orientated, his ability to see the big picture translates into cost-effective resolutions for his clients.

In his spare time, Dominique enjoys staying active. He plays squash and is an avid skier, golfer, and hockey player.
