Bio

Errol is a partner in both the Tax and Wills and Estates Groups. With in-depth experience in dealing with all stages in the life of a business, Errol acts as a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, including High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, multi-generational family-owned and closely-held businesses, emerging entrepreneurs, individual professionals, and professional advisory firms and estate representatives. 

Affable, hardworking, and results-oriented, Errol appreciates that every client’s business is unique. He strives to give each one the individual attention they deserve, while ensuring that the many complicated issues are explained clearly and concisely to allow his clients to make educated decisions. The net result is an innovative solution for their particular needs.

Errol has many years of experience in all areas of tax law, including corporate reorganizations, business transactions, Canadian and cross-border planning, shareholder and partnership agreements, tax dispute resolution, and commodity tax issues. Errol is also an expert in assisting his clients with their personal tax and estate planning needs. Errol is bilingual and able to serve his clients in both English and French. 

Errol is a committed and active member of numerous community organizations. He has worked for many years with United Jewish Appeal (UJA), currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and as the Chair of the Audit Committee. Errol is also a member of the Board of Directors of Jewish Immigrant Aid Services Toronto (JIAS) and the Board of Directors of Bialik Hebrew Day School. Errol additionally volunteers his time as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Baycrest Foundation.
