Genée Williams

Bio

Genée graduated from the Law Clerk program (with Honours) at Humber College in 2010. Since then, she has been specializing in corporate law and her keen eye and attention to detail has helped her to excel in this field.

Genée works in the Business and Transactions group and assists with annual and general corporate maintenance work, including annual resolutions, annual returns, updates to registered office addresses, dividends, redemptions, elections, and resignations of officers and directors.
