Linda Ryan

Bio

Linda Ryan is the firm’s Managing Director.

Along with her skilled team of managers and directors, Linda leads all operational functions at the firm and is responsible for ensuring that operational strategies follow the priorities set out by the firm’s partners.

Linda is a senior law firm executive with experience in operations, finance, human resources, process improvement, strategic planning, and general management. She is passionate about learning and encourages her team to always seek ways to increase their knowledge and improve the experience of our firm colleagues, as well as the clients of our firm. It is important to Linda that all of her team members are open to, and enthusiastic, about embracing innovations in best practices.

Linda sits on the firms Management Committee and works closely with the firm’s senior leadership to ensure the business operations of the firm are structured and optimized to allow our legal professionals to deliver excellent legal services to their clients.

Linda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business, where she graduated with distinction and specialized in Strategic Management and Organizational Studies.
