An accomplished HR professional, Nancy has worked in a generalist capacity for over 20 years in the legal field and is very familiar with all aspects of human resources.

Passionate about people and with a keen understanding of the importance of relationships, Nancy enjoys looking for ways to strengthen the Robins Appleby work culture and help others to embrace change. She is always seeking and recommending ways to improve employee engagement and works closely with the law firm leadership to identify and then fill gaps in our HR strategy. At Robins Appleby, Nancy and her team are responsible for supporting and administering the firm’s internal people relations, performance management, compliance, HR policies and procedures, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training and development.

Through building strong relationships and encouraging open communication with all firm members, Nancy uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Nancy enjoys her role as mentor to her team members, is an active participant on the firm EDI committee, and leads the Workplace Culture Team.
