Stephanie’s practical and business-focused approach combined with her enthusiastic and personable demeanour, make her an asset to every deal she works on.
Stephanie is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate and Development Group as well as the Affordable and Social Housing Group. She advises for-profit and non-profit developers on a broad range of real estate transactions and development matters.
After completing her summer and articling terms at Robins Appleby, Stephanie spent a year as legal counsel to a Toronto-based real estate developer, advising on all aspects of the business. This front-line experience provided her with a practical, business-minded perspective and a deep understanding of developers’ needs - valuable insight she brings to every client engagement.
Stephanie’s practice includes commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, and maintains a strong focus in representing non-profit organizations in the acquisition and development of affordable and social housing. Stephanie is well-acquainted in municipal and provincial funding programs across Ontario and has assisted numerous clients in securing critical funding to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing. In 2025, Stephanie supported three Multi-Unit Residential Acquisition (MURA) program transactions in the City of Toronto, and negotiated numerous contribution agreements for clients in City of Markham and City of Hamilton, helping strengthen the affordable housing supply in Ontario.
Outside her passion for real estate, Stephanie loves reading, travel, and immersing herself in the phenomenal Toronto food-scene as well as experience new cuisines abroad.
