Stephanie is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate and Development Group as well as the Affordable and Social Housing Group. She advises on real estate transactions and development matters for both for profit and non-profit developers. With valuable in-house counsel experience, Stephanie understands developers’ needs and goals and is uniquely positioned to advise on legal issues arising in the development process, and on real estate transactions.

After completing her summer and articling terms at Robins Appleby, Stephanie spent a year as legal counsel for a prominent Toronto real estate developer where she advised on all aspects of the business and accumulated knowledge that can only be gained in the front lines of development. Stephanie returns to Robins Appleby as an associate with this invaluable experience, enhancing her expertise and services to clients.

Stephanie’s goal is to develop a broad real estate practice which includes representing private developers (both for profit and non-profit) on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.

Outside her passion for real estate, Steph loves reading, travel, and immersing herself in the phenomenal Toronto food-scene as well as experience new cuisines abroad.
