Sukhraj’s pragmatic and detail-oriented nature allows him to deal with client matters in both an effective and efficient manner. He enjoys employing a business-minded approach to find creative, practical solutions that are tailored to meet his clients' objectives and is always eager to tackle novel problems.

As an associate in our Commercial Real Estate and Development group, Sukhraj advises on all key aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing. Whether guiding seasoned or first-time developers through the various stages of condominium development, or representing institutional and private lenders in financings, acquisitions, and sales, Sukhraj’s expertise is invaluable.

Sukhraj earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, following an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. His experience working with multinational companies during his undergraduate years has honed his business acumen, allowing him to offer practical, business-focused advice. He thrives on tackling new and complex challenges and is dedicated to seeing every matter through to completion with unwavering diligence. His talent for breaking down complex real estate and legal concepts into clear, actionable advice also ensures that clients are always well-informed and their expectations are consistently met.

Outside the office, Sukhraj enjoys wrenching on his project cars (particularly the classics), strength training, martial arts and spending time with friends and family.
