Susan Ebadi has over 10 years of experience in Business Law with 9 years of combined experience as a Corporate and Commercial Lending Law Clerk.
Susan assists with corporate and financing transactions including secured commercial lending, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and tax reorganizations. She is skilled at managing all aspects of a transaction and assists with due diligence, drafting, and finalizing of transactions. She also has experience in continuances, amalgamations, and partnership related matters, as well as extra-provincial registrations.
