58 Million Dollar Construction Loan Facility
Overview
Real estate group partners, Leor Margulies and Peggy Spadafora, and one of our senior law clerks, Cindy Applegath, acted on behalf of the Bank of Montreal on a CMHC insured construction loan facility for a new project to be constructed by Context Development Inc. in partnership with the Toronto Community Housing Corporation. The project will be located at 170 Fort York Boulevard, Toronto, comprising a single 29 story tower of approximately 364 residential units and 2,800 square feet of commercial retail space.
