Bio

Claudia brings a unique blend of experience to her real estate practice having served private, public, and non-profit sector clients throughout her legal career.

Claudia is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate and Development group and a member of the Affordable and Social Housing group. Her areas of expertise include affordable housing and condominium and real estate development where she advises private developers, public sector entities, and non-profit organizations.

Before joining Robins Appleby, Claudia practised real estate and corporate commercial law at a Toronto firm serving charities, non-profit organizations, and co-operatives.

Outside the office, Claudia is actively involved in her community and trains with a Toronto athletics club. She volunteers with the Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust, a community land trust focused on increasing community ownership of land and fostering community-led stewardship.
